Tel Aviv Clubbing Destinations

Tel Aviv

Tel Aviv is known for its thriving nigh life and highly diverse clubbing that even outperforms the clubbing scene of some European capitals. The variety of dance bars and clubs made the city not only the premium clubbing destination in Israel but in the entire Middle East. The Tel Aviv night clubs constantly trying to outperform one another regularly host internationally famous DJs and operate virtually on a daily basis including Sabbaths. Rather than staying at home with their families, young Tel Avivians prefer to go out and party the night away. The night life in Tel Aviv that is most vibrant on Thursday and Friday night starts around midnight and peaks only around 4 o’clock.

The Tel Aviv clubbing scene is extremely diverse and there is entertainment for just about everyone. The most popular clubbing destinations in Tel Aviv include:

Tel Aviv port. The area at the old seaport that stretches along the coast between the centre of Tel Aviv and the Yarkon Park is the favourite clubbing destination for both Tel Avivians and visitors of the city. The place is packed with night clubs, dance bars, pubs and restaurants that are most visited during the weekend and also attract many young people from the neighbouring cities. Some of the most popular clubs in the Tel Aviv port area include the TVL club (the largest night club which regularly hosts internationally famous DJs) and Shalvata.

Party

Allenby Street. One of the longest streets in Tel Aviv that stretches from the beach in the north-west to the south-east Tel Aviv is another popular clubbing destination. It does not have as many clubs and dance bars as the port area but many places are operating for years and know how to make the party.

The Boardwalk. The area is full of bars that work well into the night. It is especially popular among tourists, while the Tel Avivians usually spend the night partying elsewhere.

The area east from Allenby Street. The place is full of exciting pubs and dance bars that offer something for everyone’s taste from the latest hits to indie scene.

Florentin. The South of Tel Aviv is the favourite place for alternative clubbing which offers unforgettable party all night long. Some of the most popular places in the area include the Haoman 17 and Comfort 13.

Just like elsewhere in the world, the clubbing scene in Tel Aviv is constantly changing and a place that is “in” one night can be totally “out” the next one. Where to go clubbing in Tel Aviv also depends on the day of the week. Although most night clubs, dance bars and pubs are open every day and are packed well after midnight, the greatest parties generally take place during certain days of the week, usually weekend.
